Journeys in youth mental health

The article focuses on young people with mental health illnesses in Canada. Topics covered include an estimated 10 to 20 percent of Canadian youth who are affected by mental illness, according to the Canadian Mental Health Association, the role of educators and parents in assisting such young people and the outcome of a project on mental health in schools launched by a team from the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario and University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown.
