A thirty-fifth successful year for the Journal of Thermophysics and heat transfer

READERSHIP and support of the Journal of Thermophysics and Heat Transfer (JTHT) from the thermophysics and heat transfer community continues to be strong. Over the past year, between 1 October 2020 and 30 September 2021, 241 original papers were submitted to JTHT. During this same time period, over 500 reviews were completed by volunteers. The average time between the receipt of a manuscript submitted in the time period listed above and the first decision (accept, revise, reject) on the manuscript was 1.3 months. Fifty percent of the final decisions made during the time frame were made in less than 43 days. The average time between receipt in production and online publication was 2.7 months in 2021. The number of pages was 893. All four issues of Volume 35 were on schedule.
