- Abstract
The effectiveness of 2 levels of educational effort on adoption of mastitis control procedures was studied in 43 herds with persistently high Wisconsin Mastitis Test scores. A teat dipping and dry cow therapy programme was adopted by more herds in the group on the higher level of educational effort, and infection rates declined more rapidly during 1977-1979 in this group than in the intermediate and control groups..
