Abstract
On May 15, 1753 Gerhard Tersteegen wrote to a correspondent in Pennsylvania discussing the sectarians known to both of them and commenting on the Ephrata Cloisters. A copy of the letter is preserved in the Schwenckfelder Library, Pennsburg, Pa. Internal evidence suggests that it was written to the Pennsylvania printer, Christoph Saur. An English translation of the full text is provided.
