Lecturer
BSc (New Brunswick); DVM (UPEI)
Dr. Carr holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of New Brunswick and obtained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Atlantic Veterinary College at UPEI. Dr. Carr works with the Community Practice Team serving clients in the Charlottetown area for their general practice needs.
