A Ph.D. in Political Science, Sergey has a long history of designing and leading market research and analytical projects for pharmaceutical, financial and telecommunication industries. Prior to moving to PEI he taught Market Research & Data Analytics at Brock University (Ontario), and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Sergey is a partner in Research Etc., a Toronto-based market research company.
