Wendy Francis is a senior HR professional with more than 30 years of public sector work experience. She has extensive experience developing and facilitating business and human resources planning processes. Wendy has delivered seminars on a variety of topics including change management and strategic human resources planning. Since 2009, Wendy has been a sessional lecturer with the McDougall Faculty of Business where she teaches Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour.
