Abstract
The authors offer a Canadian perspective on the recommendations outlined in the article "Educating Industrial-Organizational Psychologists for Science and Practice: Where Do We Go From Here?" by Zinta S. Byrne and colleagues. They offer views on issues related to industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology including licensure, accreditation and professional identity. They highlight the increasing interest in developing I-O psychology as a profession.
