Abstract

The proposed model of tourists' behavioural intentions was developed and tested. The empirical tests completed provide support for the critical causal relationships between the constructs in the model. The results help clarify the roles of perceived quality of performance, perceived quality of exp- erience, perceived value, and overall satisfaction on behavi- oural intentions, and contribute to a better understanding of tourists' behaviour.
