Abstract
This chapter gives an overview on the transmission of infectious diseases between wild and farmed fish. Pathogen exposure between wild and farmed populations and assessment and management of disease in populations are discussed. Moreover, a literature review of sea lice (Lepeophtheirus salmonis) transmission studies is provided.
