The genomes of five turkey and two chicken rotavirus-like virus (RVLV) strains were compared with the genome of a reference turkey RVLV strain by co-electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gels. The genomes of these avian RVLV strains could be distinguished from the reference strain genome by differences in the mobilities of from three to ten segments.
