Paul holds a Bachelor of Physical Education (UNB); Bachelor of Education, Adult Education (Brock University), Master of Arts, Humanities, (California State University Dominquez Hills); Executive Master of Business Administration (Quantic School of Education and Technology) and a Doctorate of Educational Leadership (University of Calgary). He taught at a variety of colleges and universities in South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar before returning to Canada in 2015 at Assiniboine Community College in Manitoba before returning home to PEI in 2020. Paul has published his research on academic integrity and international education scholar and is a frequent presenter at local, national and international conferences.
